Tracing Captain Oba's Trail
Also known as "the Fox" Captain Oba was the last holdout of Japanese soldiers on the island of Saipan (near Guam) who hid in the jungle long after Japan surrendered in World War II. Also the site of XTerra Saipan mtb leg, the trail is playground to local mtb'ers (Mt. Tapochau Bike Club in this photo).
